Meet Tammar

Longevity-focused coaching for active adults who want to keep doing what they love.

I’m Tammar, a personal trainer and longevity-focused coach based in Park City. I work with active adults who want to stay strong and capable for the activities that matter most to them.

I believe strength training should support your life, not compete with it. My approach blends evidence-based training with practical programming that actually fits real schedules and real bodies.

​

The goal isn’t to crush yourself in the gym. It’s to build strength, mobility, and resilience so you can ski, hike, bike, and live fully.

My Philosophy.

I believe great training is built on a few non-negotiables.

Strength training matters at every age, but it has to be done with intention. More isn’t always better. Harder isn’t always smarter. The goal is progress you can sustain, not workouts that leave you wrecked for days.

​

I prioritize:

  • Strong fundamentals over flashy exercises

  • Quality movement before adding load or intensity

  • Consistency over perfection

  • Training for life outside the gym, not just the hour we spend in it

 

Your program evolves as you do. We adjust for injuries, stress, travel, seasons, and goals, because real life doesn’t happen in perfect training blocks.

 

That’s how you build strength that lasts.

Who I work with.

I work best with people who:

  • Are 45+ and active, or want to be active again

  • Care more about feeling strong and capable than chasing aesthetics

  • Enjoy mountain sports like skiing, hiking, biking, or golf

  • Want expert guidance that’s personalized, thoughtful, and sustainable

  • Are ready to train consistently and intelligently

 

Many of my clients come in feeling:

  • Strong in some areas but limited by old injuries or nagging aches

  • Unsure how to train as their bodies change

  • Tired of programs that feel either too easy or too aggressive

 

We fix that and we do it without extremes, gimmicks, or burnout.

 

How We Get Started.

Every client starts with an assessment. Not a “fitness test” and definitely not a one-size-fits-all workout.The assessment gives us a clear picture of how you move, where you’re strong, where you’re compensating, and what you actually need to train right now.

 

From there, I design a plan that supports your goals, your lifestyle, and your long-term health. Whether you continue with ongoing coaching, a hybrid program, or structured group training, the assessment ensures your training is built on the right foundation.
